SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

SELF COLLECT

  1. When placing Orders online from the Website, you have the option to pick up from any of our designated physical stores and avoid paying delivery charges.
  2. If you select and agree to collect your Orders from any of our designated physical stores, a representative of the relevant store will contact you by WhatsApp or email to notify you when the Order is available for collection.
  3. Orders for Self Collect must be collected within seven (7) days beginning from the day that you have been notified that your Order is available for collection. If your Order is not collected within this time period, the relevant store has the right to allocate those goods to another customer and reorder the goods for you. Alternatively, the Company also reserves the right to cancel any uncollected Orders.
  4. The person who collects the Order must provide the relevant Order Confirmation and NRIC for verification purposes.
  5. If you are unable to personally collect the Order, you are required to WhatsApp +6012-708 2198 notify us of the name of the person nominated to collect the Order on your behalf.

DELIVERY & RATES

  1. All orders received are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed.
  2. Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). Confirmed orders will be delivered within 7 working days for West Malaysia and 14 for East Malaysia.
  3. Our standard delivery charges per order are as follows:
  • For West Malaysia, the delivery charge is RM12.00.
  • For East Malaysia, the delivery charge is RM20.00.
  • Orders of Entrance Product Package or RM500 and above are entitled to delivery free of charge within West Malaysia.
  1. We only deliver to addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or ship internationally.
  2. We understand that getting your purchased orders quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can. To ensure prompt delivery, kindly ensure that you provide us with an accurate delivery address, and contact details including telephone number and email address. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.
  3. In the event that we fail to deliver to the address provided by you, we will make a subsequent (2nd) attempt at a specified delivery address. Your parcel will be returned to Qurlivka if both deliveries failed (1st and 2nd attempt). Additional delivery charges for redelivering the parcel are incurred at your own expense.
  4. We will not be liable for lost parcels if you provide the incorrect delivery information.
